Abstract
Este trabajo estudia el concepto de Territorio Mental que el teórico brasileño Evandro Vieira Ouriques ha creado en el ámbito de su Economía Psico-política de la Comunicación y de la Cultura. Tomando como conocimiento la investigación de este pensamiento, queremos propiciar un trabajo reflexivo en el campo académico, todavía emergente, de la comunicación en el Perú, que permita a los investigadores y demás interesados en temas como Naturaleza y Cultura, analizar, comprender o discutir los fundamentos de este enfoque crítico de la agenda “moderna, colonial e imperialista” del concepto “desarrollo de los medios de comunicación”.
This paper studies the concept of Mental Territory theoretical Brazilian Evandro Vieira theoretical Ouriques created within the scope of his psycho-political economy of communication and culture. On the research knowledge of this thought, we foster a reflective work in the still emerging, academic field of communication in Peru, which enables researchers and others interested in issues such as nature and culture, analyze, understand or discuss basics of this critical approach of “modern, colonial and imperialist” agenda of the concept “development of the media”.
